We currently deliver to selected local areas serviced by PKD Mart. Delivery availability is subject to the delivery address falling within our operational zones. Orders outside the coverage area may not be accepted.
Same-day delivery within 1 to 4 hours from the time the order is confirmed, depending on the delivery location and order volume.
Orders placed during peak hours or late in the day may be delivered on the next working day.
To ensure same-day delivery, orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time, which is 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next day.
Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly communicated at checkout. Free delivery may be offered for orders above a specified amount, as per current store promotions or policies.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via your registered contact details. Our delivery partner may also contact you for delivery coordination if required.
While we strive to meet the promised delivery times, certain situations beyond our control (such as extreme weather, traffic disruptions, or unforeseen events) may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
If delivery fails due to unavailability of the customer at the provided address or incorrect details, a reattempt may be made based on feasibility. Additional delivery charges may apply in such cases.
